Terms and Conditions:

• Form of payments accepted at this time: Cash, check, Venmo, and CashApp. Once we get a notification of your booking, we will contact you for deposit payment. From there we will get the final details and remaining balance due. Payment plans can be arranged at time of deposit if needed. Remaining balance is due minimum of 24 hours before time of installation.

• $60 NON REFUNDABLE deposit due at time of booking to secure date and time. This amount is subtracted from total due. This deposit is used to purchase balloons and supplies specifically for your event at time of booking. If event is cancelled and will be rescheduled, the deposit is still good as long as balloons purchased are still the same. If event is rescheduled and different balloon colors are chosen, the original $60 deposit is NOT guaranteed to still be good.

• We cannot guarantee the lifespan of the balloons once pick up (Grab and Go) or installation is complete and we are off site due to: weather conditions, small children touching balloons or knocking over rentals/stands, etc. Weights can be used for stands/rentals but not guaranteed to stay in place due to spiratic wind speeds. It is best to have a wind breaker or something grounded we can attach items to for security. Summer installations must be placed out of direct sunlight due to extreme heat. Stands and rentals are not to be moved from installation place by customer or event guest unless spontaneous weather occurs (rain storm, etc.) to ensure the safety of people as well as keeping equipment from being tarnished, damaged in some way, or broken. If damage occurs, fee may be charged to contact person, depending on the item(s), $20-$400. 

• The "total" pricing listed in cart is only an estimate and may or may not be the final amount due.

• Inspiration pictures give Balloon Festoons of Altus an idea of what you would like but is purely "inspiration" and will not be able to be replicated exactly. We do our best to understand your vision and make sure you like the colors of balloons intended to be used for your installation before ordering and installing. 

• Balloons are yours to keep unless you would like us to take them with us when we return for rental items. We will gladly do this without additional cost to you.
