About Me

Hello! My name is Victoria (Tori) and I’m 31. I have lived in Altus all my life. I am a full time physical therapist assistant for 5 years and also work at a local family owned bank for 8 years on the weekends. I have a 13 year old daughter. I got into this business because I am always planning parties and events for friends and family.

Helping to make someone's idea come to life is exciting to me. With balloon arches being so popular the last few years and no one in the Altus area to create, I finally decided it should be me to bring the balloon arches and other forms of balloon art to Altus and the surrounding area. Thank you to the customers I have gotten the pleasure of working with so far, for letting me get out of my comfort zone and create pretty pieces for your parties! I look forward to continue getting out of my comfort zone and meeting new people and friends as well as challenging myself with what I can make come to life for your event!

Naming the Business

Balloon Festoons got its name from some google searching! A festoon is defined as a chain or garland of ribbon, balloons, flowers, or leaves hung in a curve as decoration- and I hand tie the balloons together to make my balloons arches come to life. Plus, the two words rhyme and are kind of catchy so I thought it'd be something people would be able to remember, I started this business on January 23,2022. We have officially been in business for THREE YEARS!! I'm looking forward to what the next year brings and I thank you for choosing me and my small business. The support from every customer is appreciated so very much.
